I make my own massage gel which is a thickened form of oil, and is usually blended with vegetable wax, which allows the oil to spread. It can also be adjusted for use with different kinds of massage strokes.

A very neutral oil or something like almond or raw sesame oil with some drops of lavender added. I've used grape seed oil as well, not too many people are allergic to that. And if they aren't sensitive to it, I love to add rosemary drops as well. And for a different type of massage, baby powder is excellent!!! A powder massage is not to be missed.

depends on what I am putting it on to be lubricated. 1. something rusting penetrating oil 2. something squeaking WD40 3. something tight vegetable oil or butter. 4. something sexual saliva. :)

10W30 Pennzoil. It really works well to get that heat sensation when rubbing while simultaneously preventing viscocity breakdown.

I prefer oils that don't dry out too fast, making it tiring on the hands. :)

I have several different styles of massage oil that I use ... like the Champaign-Strawberry scented which is somewhat thick ; BUT remains well lubericated ... There is a Ginsing-Vanilla oil that is light that most everyone I worked on seems to enjoy ... Then there is a strawberry warming oil which actually warms up the more it is massaged on the body ... And; I have about ten others that I keep on hand ...

Biotone Dual Purpose Massage Creme. The very best. workable like an oil, but eventually disappears into the skin. no residue on the sheets, no weird smell. plus, if you just put it into a little plastic container, it doesn't spill like oils do...

I use avacado oil. a few drops of lavender or geranium or even black pepper oil.

Swedish massage because it is very natural to sit between one and two days of stinging and the ideal frequency of doing this massage is 1 massage every 2 or 3 days until the body responds well to the workout.
