Not now, I once attended some therapy sessions with a psychologist years ago. Looking back, I think they were beneficial.
-
yeah , my sister lol...seriuosly I am not currently under therapist or psycholigist's care but i have been before and will probably wind up going back eventually
-
I fired them all! Like the Donald hopped up on Prozac and attitude! i have not had one in over 5 years.
-
Used to, but he asked me not to come back, said I was driving him crazy.
-
No, but I have a massage therapists husband who is very good at keeping my stress levels and worries away or on the back burner. He does shiatsu and jin shin which really are wonderful stress, depression and anxiety relieving for me.
-
Yes. Both psychologist and psychiatrist. And they're very helpful.
-
I actually had my first session with a psychologist, and at first i hesitated because i felt like a mental patient, but when i left i felt soooooo much better, it feels really good releasing your anger and sadness.
-
Had one. She was a waste of time. Everytime I went in for a session she talked most of the time and would rant/rave/vent about her day (not to mention that she turned to these "native american" card redings to help me deal with my depression). One day I just stopped showing up and she never called me back to check up on how I was doing.

-
I would have love to be a psychologist! But by destiny...I am software professional! And nobody is with me with such qualification!!
-
Yes, I have a psychiatrist. I think he's a quack and a drug-dealer with a licence.
-
I don't consider them to be anything more than paid friends so nope. There is material out there that one can read that is life changing and more than just sometimes helpful.
-
Nope..tried a marriage counselor once many many years ago..after two sessions we decided he was more screwed up than we were. :)
-
Yeah, only she calls herself a bartender?
-
I don't now, but I did for a few months when I first went to college. Only child, leaving home for the first time to a small, culturally devoid city, with my girlfriend moving far away, and no idea what I wanted out of life. Looking back I didn't really need one, but at the time I felt like I did. Or at the very least wanted one. Certain people try to stigmatize having a psychologist, but truthfully there is a bit of class and pride in having one.
-
I had both but now I just have a therapist.
-
none.
-
used to. i stopped going when i got better at handling things. I'm also a psych student. why, what's up?

No! I was asked last year by my neurologist but they couldn't find anything wrong so I wasn asked to voluteer at the hospital to assist the newly disabled.
-

Therapist
-
I did for a short period of time. I had a lot of guilt I could not let go of.
-
Yes. I had a psychologist once but you could only imagine the result when I told her why I was actually there in the first place. Namely, for putting a bomb in a man's car who pissed me off for some unintelligent reason. He and a few bystanders are not here to this very day. So here I am, alone again and not receiving any help for my condition. It is only a matter of time before another victim crosses my path.

As an employee and as a client (not the same people).
-
I have two of 'em. I keep 'em locked in the basement. Isn't that where everybody keeps 'em?
