It depends. If I'm moderately stressed I'll tend to eat a lot. If I'm extremely stressed then sometimes I'll go without eating.

When I'm stressed, my stomach is like a knot and I lose my whole appetite. It's really hard because I have to force myself to eat and it's just really painful. I usually lose too much weight during those times ,which is bad as I am slim already and I endup looking unhealthy.It is a struggle, really!

Today there is no stress!!! Today I found out I am going to be a Grandma!!! My very first Grandchild!!!! I am very Thankful!!!! What a wonderful day.....!!!!
