Of Mice and Men. Easily one of the most powerful things I have EVER read.
-
To Kill a Mouse. Actually, I enjoyed all of these books. I would have to say Of Mice and Men, though.
-
To Kill a Mockingbird....Nothing can compare.
-
Of mice and men is one of the best books i have ever read.
-
The Giver
-
Personally I find The Giver and To Kill a Mockingbird Both very well written books. I can't pick between them. nn;
-
To Kill A Mockingbird, hands down.
-
To kill a Mockingbird. Awesome.
-
All excellent choices, but my favorite is "Of Mice and Men"
-
Of Mice and Men it wins hands down. I could never seem to get into to kill a mocking Bird and ended up using Cliff Notes! I haven't read the Giver so I don't have an opinion on that one.
-
I love Steinbeck novels, but I really enjoyed "Travels with Charlie"
-
To Kill a Mockingbird. I bow down to that book
-
the giver

The Giver. One of those books that made me think, and at a pretty young age. OM&M is really good, but kinda depressing too. I never actually finished TKaM, but what I did read was really good as well.
-
To Kill A Mockingbird. The movie is wonderful, as well. I almost named my daughter after Harper Lee.
-
"Of Mice and Men" was the only book I read that wasn't an assignment and my favorite author is John Steinbeck. Gotta go with OMaM.
-
Harper Lee's To kill a Mockingbird is great, but I'm torn between the choices. The Giver and Of Mice and Men are also classic works. When I think about them all I can hear is: "Tell me about the rabbits George".
-
To Kill A Mockingbird Harper Lee is brilliant. Read the book and try not to tense up reading it. Brilliant.
-
"To Kill a Mockingbird". One of my favorites.
-
Never read any of them, saw the movie and fell asleep..got halfway done with "of mice and men"..and started reading Charles Bukowski instead, and used cliffsnotes for The Giver in class. It seemed like a swell book..that Jonas dude. But I'd have to go with "of mice and men", because Steinbeck owns in the "Grapes of wrath" and "Zapata"
-
Out of the three, I'd choose "The Giver." It's a great book, with a powerful message. It starts slow and weird, (I had to start it twice to actually finish it,) but I promise it'll be great.
-
Of mice and men. I think it gives a very good prespective on human life and the mind.
-
I have read the Giver and To Kill A Mockingbird. I'd say TKAM is much better, though.
-
Of Mice and Men. . .love that book. To Kill a Mockingbird is by Harper Lee The Giver is by Lois Lowry so, Of Mice and Men is the only book listed here that is by Steinbeck. . . The others are good books, it's just that this doesn't make sense in this category.
-
Of Mice and Men. Beautifully written!
-
Of Mice and Men. Extremely powerful, and a beautiful story. Plus I have a soft spot for Steinbeck. I really love To Kill a Mockingbird though. Hated The Giver...lol it doesn't even compare to these other two.
-
Hands Down the giver...
-
Wow, lets talk diverse set of titles. They all have goods and even bads..... I think I'd have to agree witht he To Kill a Mockingbird fans though. Awesome book.
-
no question about it, of mice and men
-
To Kill a Mockingbird is a wonderful book. I believe it is one of the best.
-
ANYTHING BUT THE GIVER. its a waste of paper... "oh no... I have to store memories for the town I live in... so I fake my death... run away..... kidnap my brother.. and die thinking about a cabin. wow. "" What a book that was to read.
-
"Of Mice or Men" by far is the best, only my opinion!
-
Of Mice And Men. I am an actor. I played George at the Attic Theater in Detroit in 1986.
-
To Kill a Mockingbird!!!!!!!!
-
I usually don't answer "this, this or this" type questions but I love Of mice and men.
-
I've only read Of Mice and Men, and although i was studying it for english (which I don't usually like as the stroy is torn apart and analysed too much) I really loved it... great book!
-
"To Kill A Mockingbird" is the best, even all these years later.
-
To kill a mockingbird.
-
"To Kill a Mockingbird" probably by far. Although I must admit that "Of Mice and Men" is quite powerful. ;)
-
Of those 3 books I've only read Of Mice and Men but it's the most captivating book that I ever have. I took it to bed with the expectation that I would read it for about 5 minutes and then fall asleep. Instead I read it from cover to cover in about 2 1/2 hours.
-
To Kill a Mockingbird is best for me. It has a positive message among the tragic. Never read The Giver and Of Mice and Men is a bit too fatalistic.
-
Of Mice and Men, the book was completely captivating. We read it in school and I was allowed to keep my copy for a bit because I wanted to read it again. Incidentally I failed to return it, it slipped out of my mind after a few months and nobody reminded me about it, but I kept it years later and read it some more. It's fun and easy to read, and even though you know what happens the second time around, it's still as engrossing, and also really tragic.
-
Kill a Mockingbird is a great book.
-
Nothing can compare to the lessons taught in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD.
-
Of Mice and Men is awesome!
-
Of Mice and Men and To Kill a Mockingbird. Didn't love The Giver.
-
I've read them all, and the story of the Giver has stayed with me the most. Fascinating, just love it. :)
-
The Giver. I've read to Kill a Mockingbird, but I was not captivated by it. I've never read Of Mice and Men.
-
Of Mice and Men.
