That depends on the weather. In the summer, a light blanket or even just a sheet is good. In colder weather, a nice, comfy quilt or comforter is a MUST.
-
Neither!! A cute Sorority Girl instead!! xp
-
Usually just a light blanket. It's usually enough to keep me warm.
-
Well everyone is gonna say the same. In hot weather; a light blanket or just sleep naked on top of it. In cold weather; a big, heavy, snug blanket. In moderate weather; sleep naked under a big blanket. Easy.
-
I always prefer a heavy blanket. Makes me feel snug and comfortable. I don't get hot so easily.
-
Suuuuper Heavy :P Just cuz that's the way I am LOL
-
I like a warm blanket..it need not necessarily be heavy. A warm, lightweight blanket suits me just fine! :) Happy Monday! :)
-
light when its not toooo cold...but in the winter when its really cold i love heavy blanket..
-
When I am sharing my bed I like a light blanket so snuggling is more likely to happen. alone heavy because I like to be very warm when I sleep.
-
I like a lightweight but very insulating down comforter. Why? because I keep my room very cool at night to save energy.
-
Depends on the weather. When it's cold, heavy, when it's hot, just a sheet works.
-
I prefer a big heavy blanket and flannel sheets to keep me comfy and warm on cold winter nights. Of course, it would be nice to have another warm body in there too. :-)
-
All depends on the time of year, miss adorable. In the winter, Hudson Bay blanket!!!
-
Heavy.
-
I prefer a lightweight duvet. I don't own any blankets - threw them out years ago.
-
i have a feather down that i love. it doesnt matter what time of the year it is, whether it is 120 degrees or -20 degrees my house, in the evening and thruout the night, is freezing and thats the way i like it. that way you can cuddle with the s/o and with your pillows and blankets. sooooo nice!
-
Unless it is very warm and humid I like to feel some weight from the covers or some volume like from a down comforter. I love piling on the quilts and having the air in the room quite cool, but I'm all toasty warm
-
are you trying to get between my sheets??
-
light coz its light
-
A light blanket without question. A duvet preferably. I think it is far better for the circulation and the muscles. I suffered from short sessions of childhood paralysis. I used to wake up with my legs paralysed in the morning and it would take several hours for me to regain the function of them, usually with the help of a doctor. The doctor recommended that I never slept with a heavy blanket on me and I didn't until I became a university student living in a poorly heated room. I slept with 5 blankets on me and my paralysis began to reoccur. As a result of my personal experience I believe that a duvet or very light blanket is far healthier.

I use both depending on the time of year and the warmth factor of the blanket fabric.
-
I use a couple of light ones . . . thermal blanket and a down comforter. Nice and toasty in the winter.
-
Im not sure why but i like the heaviness of a blanket even during summer, i just have it on a different way.
-
Any, just as long as my electric blanket is on. :)
-
A big puffy comforter! I have plenty of blankets and they're all thick and comfy. But, in the summer I usually have one thin blanket.
-
I like to be covered up.......even in the middle of summer........thats why the AC is turned way low and you can see my breath while eating my Apple Jacks...........
-
Light summer,heavy winter.
-
depends... in winter a heavy blanket
-
A medium. I have no idea why. sometimes the body just prefers things that the mind doesn't understand.
-
A heavy blanket so that it rests on me. Light ones tend to go flying off if I roll over too much when getting comfy, and I like to feel it weighing down on me
-
heavy blanket as I'm used to the weight on top.
-
Both, at my age, one for night sweats, light one for the cold sweats after the night sweats.
-
Heavy, I tend to get cold easily
-
I like several blankets, when i get up in the morning it's cold. The coldest this winter was 43 degrees in the morning, and colder temperatures are coming. The coldest was 34 in the last 6 years that i lived here. There just isn't anyone to keep logs on the fire while i'm sleeping. Sometimes i worry about pipes freezing before i get up.
-
Depending on the season. I prefer silk or flax linen blankets from spring to autumn, and thick oversized fleece blankets during winter. Improving the quality of sleep relies on choosing blankets for better comfort.
-
Depends on the temperature in the room. If its hot a sheet is fine. If its cold a comforter is good.
-
When there is cold weather I prefer heavy and for hot weather I prefer light weight blanket as far as my sleeping comfortableness concerns.
-
Light in summer, and as light as I can get in winter I don't like the weight on my legs and feet.
-
Depends on the weather? Either way, I have this weird habit of keeping one leg out!
-
Heavy in winter, light in summer.
-
No blanket.
