My favorite sound is the electronic drums and rhythms of house music. I don't what it is, but it really affects me deep down inside and can actually make me smile and feel happy if I'm upset or down. It can energize or calm me, depending on my mood and the style of music. Some people may think house is superficial or silly, repetitive music for dancing, but I studied classical music all throughout school and college and have yet to be bored by it. So at least for me it's valid.
