I am with charlie that those who chose to lose their virginity in middle school are the loosers. sex is not like some sport which you play with whoever. it is intimacy at its peak. sex is about the 2 people involved not acceptance and in a society with as much needed education as we have, 14 year olds are not ready. 300 years ago 14 was adult, but formal education was not a necessity to function back then.

No matter your age it's ok to be a virgin if you haven't found that special someone you want to comitt your heart and life too. I think at the age of most middle schoolers it is very difficult to know whether or not you are truly inlove with someone. With that being said better to be a virgin and be branded a loser by your friends than to give it away to someone you have no real feelings for just to be cool and popular.

I thought that of my classmates when I myself was in High School. but knowing what I know now of the whole thing, if I had it to do over again, I would have waited until COLLEGE! But MiddleSchool? maybe this would defer... from one person to another, from one culture to another and obviously from one school to another... if u are in middle school and ur a virgin and no one tells you anythin about it or never comments that means ur in a fine society... but if everyone aint virgin they would expect u to be the same... but never change ur lifee... under peer pressure thats my advice to u ..!!! over all dont have sex for fun... just have it when u really are in love with some1 thinkin thats the one... college would be a great place to start.. but its better if u want till ur heart guides u dont go off just having sex!!:D

No. I don't think whether or not you've had sex is a basis for anyone being called a winner or loser, regardless of age. In middle school, I'd suspect those who have had sex are more than a little reckless, but that doesn't make them losers. Those who realize that they are not emotionally or physically ready for sex (if you cannot have a conversation with your sexual partner about birth control and condoms without embarrassment and giggling, you aren't ready) are certainly not losers. I think they have a realistic, grounded perspective.

You should be PROUD of the fact that you're still a virgin. As a guy, I can say virgins are always COOL!!! The only reason the boys your age are more interested in finding the "Easy" girls is because their own hormones are driving them.. Hold your head high and wait for the one that really makes your heart melt (or pound) and BE SMART ABOUT IT!!

Middle School? Are you frickin kidding me? Just the opposite...[Most] non-virgins, that young, are undisciplined idiots. I'm not trying to be an old party-pooper, I remember what it's like to be 13 - the peer pressure is just insane; but the most mature students are the ones who ignore that pressure, and focus their attention on things that might actually end up well, such as studying. (I've never met anyone who married their "middle school sweetheart")
