Do it. If you don't like it you can always dye it another color. A friend of mine in Germany had a different color every week but on her it looked really nice.

If you are using a vegetable dye then go for it :D They are not permanent and normally easy to get rid of so if you dont like it you can fade it quicker and re-dye over the top. Blue is a hard colour to maintain and generally fades quicker than red based colours - blue also often works best on a very pale lemon or white base colour. Yea! But you'd have to bleach your hair first. That's why I don't do it anymore. But you gotta do it at least once!
