As an all powerful being, one who understands the complexities of the human brain and the nature behind our actions and interactions with each other I would have to ask God to let us in on the secret of how to end violence. Seems to me that either God's sense of humor is really bad or god chooses to not intervene in the everyday actions of man. If you have never listened to something like the BBC news save yourself the trouble your outlook on humanity will change and not for the better.

This is an outstanding question and I have thought about it for some time and can think of nothing that I would ask God. My reflex answer might be,"How long O Jehovah, how long"? Like David asked in the thirteenth Psalm, or Isaiah asked in chapter 6 of the Book of Isaiah. I have the benefits of their examples of longsuffering, so I can avoid asking "How Long", knowing that my impatience here might show a lack of appreciation, or worse, a lack of faith. I really feel no need to ask anything else of God, since I am still working through all of what he has already revealed to us in his Word. I am happy with that.

Lord, why me? I have not been deserving of your love, but you still show me you love me. You have put people in my way to help me out when I was in need. You have always been faithful to me when I was not faithful to you. You have blessed me beyond measure.
