i like to have the egg white part of the egg cooked and not runny. when that happens, the yolk is ready. Eggs over medium.

Thoroughly! whatever the method, they should be fully cooked and there should be no runny parts left. And to be really healthy, Cook and eat only the whites; but now they're saying that the yolks aren't as unhealty as once thought.

Over hard and in bacon grease. If it doesn't taste good, don't eat it. That is a rule for cooking that i live by. Also i pick that membrane off the yoke, it's gross.

healthiest way is to hardboil it, second is to scrambble them, third way is to make an omlet, fourth would be to poach an egg, and last and my favorite would be to make an omlet puff i sub the oil with pan vegetable oil spray. But as alot of foods when you cook them they lose some of their benefits depending on the way you cook them. like with eggs they are high in protein whck is good for you but when you start to fry and add grease and other fattining agents not so good.

The healthiest way is without the yoke because the yoke is very high in cholesteral. but i love the yoke in my eggs ^_^
