I think It's more important to brush the teeth at night becauae you're brushing out all the plaque so it doesn't sit in your mouth all night when sleeping, & putting your mouth in risk of decay. Although, in the morning, it's good to brush your teeth as well to freshen the breath.

I recommend to brush your teeth at least twice a day, in the morning and in night time. It is required brushing teeth in the morning for good hygiene and in the night before going to bed for reducing the decay of food particles and bacterial multiplication.

I soak 'em in bleach-water every night. I brush my gums and tongue every morning followed by Scope and a peppermint.
