Someone that literally thinks they are God? Well I honestly wouldn't know what to say to them...I guess I'd think they were crazy.

literally ? in any case, if the person is all cocky i'd ignore them and they'll feel small. these types of people live off of praise from others. If they don't get their praise, they'll be more grounded to reality... my dad thinks he's all that and one day i asked my mom how did she ever put up with him. she simply just said, "if you don't praise him than his ego will go down. and if that happens then he'll become angry and depressed and then we'll all be screwed."

Why must I handle them? I would just ignore them.

One way to test if they are god is to see if they are immortal and one way to test if they are immortal is to try to kill them. I guess I wouldn't suggest that method though.

This reminds me of a story I once heard. A child ask her mother about the bum on the street and said why is he holding a cup and just standing there. the mother said he is hoping someone will pay his way through life and put money in his cup. The mother stopped the car just across the street and went into a bank while the child waited in the car. The girl watched the old bum and seen someone put money in the cup. she witnessed the bum take the money and go into the store and come back out with a small bag of apples and gave them to a little boy who was dressed much like the bum. the boy took the apples and walked about a block down the road where six other children all dressed in torn clothing and hand the apples out. Here's the thing - We never really know the intent people have in the way they behave. We do not mind judging them in the worst possible ways but we are often wrong in our judgments. To answer your question I say do nothing and try to be understanding to the behavior of your fellow human. maybe the bad behavior that we believe we see is not as bad as it appears on the surface. What is the worst thing that could happen to someone that places themselves above the rest, except they fail themselves.
