Yes, three and I removed all three teeth.

2. They were both big, one a little bigger than the other, and they were expecting me to use novacane. But i didn't. It did kind of hurt though...

Some small ones but one time I had to have a root canal. It was horrible. Nothing major for the last 12 or so years though.

I damaged a tooth with a bone fragment, and didnt realize it till the innnards hollowed out and it had to be yanked.

I have one filling but it isn't my fault. Had some pits in my molars sealed and the stupid dentist sealed in some food he didn't completely get out. 3 years later he wants to drill it out to see if its decaying. My one and only filling.

I think I must've had a cavity in ever tooth. I didn't learn proper oral hygiene until I grew up. I take very good care of my teeth now but am paying the price for all those years of ignorance. :-[
