The original was hillarious. Haven't seen the newer one. I like it when they're playing the piano and someone says "play faster, faster." Like weed makes you speed. LOL!

The original is HILIARIOUS. The ending had me in stitches. I have not seen the new one, but I doubt in can top the original.

I have a copy of the original captured from cable onto my hard drive, but I have no idea about any remake. It is truly hilarious, and illustrates the level attainable by paranoia without any regard for truth. It was a propaganda film intended to discourage the use of marijuana, and is "economical with the truth", to say the very least. Worth a watch for the chuckles.

They did make a remake and it was NOT remotely as funny as the first one. What makes the first one so funny is that it was meant to be serious. The fact that the original makers honestly believed that pot turns people into sexual deviants and madmen running people over in the street on purpose was ridiculous then just as much as it is now.
