It really depends on my mood. Lately I've been more into Romantic, but I've had jags into all of the above through the years.
-
I'm mostly fond of the Modern period, myself, though I find many composers from all time periods to be interesting, and some that aren't quite so much.
-
I appreciate them all but I tend more towards the later Classical and early Romance.
-
I love the Romantic composers most of all, as their music came from their heart. I can handle some of the cleverer Classical stuff, but I run a mile from Baroque!
-
All of them are good, but currently I like Romantic.
-
Baroque.

There is great music in all of these periods, but I would have to say Baroque, because I think nothing surpasses Bach. And I like Telemann in between - extremely uplifting music.
-
Baroque (Bach is my hero) and 20th Century Classical (Stravinsky, Webern, Messiaen).

It depends if the music is for playing on the piano or listening. 1. For playing I like Bach and Scarlotti very much. That is the Baroque Period. 2. For listening to piano music, I like Beethoven and Chopin. That is the Classical period. 3. For listening to symphonic works, I like Romantic, mostly. 4. For exploring music, I like the Modern.
