Are you ever rude to people? What makes you become rude?

Whenever I'm being rude I don't necessarily know that I am. Therefore, I don't really know whatever the definitive "trigger" is for my rudeness. Sometimes I guess, I know when I have to be an "asshole" but that's probably the same thing.

On rare occasions. Usually I'm just giving it back to someone who was rude to me.

I went to a shoe store that ONLY sells shoes. The young woman asked me, "What brings you here today?" I said I am looking to buy a refrigerator. She looked at me like a deer in the headlights.

Usually its because they were rude or disrespectful to me. But I have occasionally let that, and general frustration carry over where it shouldn't.
