I talk to strangers all the time. Grocery store, soccer games, parks, etc. I have found quite a few close friends that way.

Yes, I am very comfortable talking to strangers. This is part of my adventure as I travel to different places of interest. Sometimes our language or even dialect barriers could make us 'uncomfortable'.
