    they must of been a good investment once 20 years ago. majourity of the town houses I worked on none of the construction workers that built them wanted to live in. In about 1999 I was working on a town house in Melbourne that I might of lived in until they told me the price . It was 7 million dollars at the time my house in the suburbs with a backyard was worth about $100k.
