Do you wash your dishes by hand or do you use a dishwasher to wash them ?

I lick my dishes clean, then hand-wash them to sanitize them. If I had a dog, I'd make him do the dishes.

I've washed them every which way! But at this time in my life I use the bathroom sink because I can sit on my rollator (walker) and wash them. But I usually don't have many at a time like when I was working in a restaurant. I can use the dishwasher, but it doesn't work well.

  I too, dine as a party of one. I do dishes as I used them while cooking so that when I'm done eating, all that's left to wash is a plate (or bowl) and the eating utensil. 30 seconds and I'm done.

A dishwasher is more water-efficient and energy-efficient, but I still do it by hand. Hopefully my living arrangements will be upgraded someday in the not-too-distant future and I can get a dishwasher.
