I'm going to say Power Rangers. I think they could flip them Turtles on their backs and give them a spin and they'd just lay there flailing their little limbs and getting dizzy.

Anoname I always wondered why Shredder didn't just lay them on their backs. Everyone knows a turtle can't get up from that. -
