Ice man Yes, you are right. The question is meant as a joke, about his bad/funny haircut. Suggesting that the person who cuts his hair is a bad barber. -
Myang haha! Oh that's my second thoughts. hmm about that joke. Maybe he like the originality of his haircut! even though the barber himself dont want his choice of haircut and he's dead when he don't follow Kim Jong Un instructions. -
