Some old Italian woman who won't tell you the family secret ever. I assume you mean home made from scratch pizza. I used to make my own pizza in the past. It was less than admirable, but edible. How about Mama Celeste.

Homemade is best, at least in my house. Especially if we can make it outside on the grill. There is a very Italian place near here, though that has excellent sauce and they make their own sausage that is terrific! If I could only get my hands on some of that sausage! My crust is better than theirs, sauces are a tie.

The secret to good pizza is to leave gaps in the cheese covering that will allow the moisture and steam to escape thus making for a better chewy crust that is superb! I make the best pizza!
