Yeah I'd get that checked ASAP! He most likely might need it pulled.

You should get him to a dentist ASAP. It could infect his gums and they will probably have to pull the tooth.

My son done this when he was only one..now two years old. It turned soft white like light bread and then black. It rotted while he was on antibotics. We had to wait for 3 months for it to be pulled. It was absessed (probley not spelled right but you get it). I do not wish this on any one. Hope it was not a permenant tooth.
