I just watched the trailer for it and read the synopsis on it and I think it will probably be entertaining but that's the extent of it. If you do watch it I hope it's enjoyable to you. :)

It's basically about the power of positive thinking. It talks all about the law of attraction and how we bring good things our way by our thoughts. I actually thought I would hate it, but I absolutely loved it. I was very inspired by it. I'd definitely get it!

My understanding of "The Secret" (which I have not seen but I've read about it) is that it is a repackaging of common self-help/motivational ideas with a veneer of New Age/quantum mechanical mysticism. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Secret_%282006_film%29 The primary theme of it is the so-called "Law of Attraction" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_Attraction If you'd like a cheaper alternative to the DVD, contact me and I'll send you my copy of "The Power of Positive Thinking", which contains much the same content.

Don't waste your money. Some of my friends like it. I found it materialistically focused and formulaic.
