Yeah, after my answer, nobody on AB is gonna like me anymore, if they ever did, but an eye for an eye. If I was president of the world, that's how things would go.

Many minor crimes are punishable by a fine and probation. A second crime, during probation, usually means...time.
-
According to Sammy Davis Jr. and Baretta, you bet! . .
-
ABSOLUTELY! Perhaps there would be less crime if there were more time!
-
Not if you can avoid it.
-
in that article that scum should be doing 15 to life for attempted murder
-
You should do something.
-
Not if you don't get caught.

It depends. We have some crimes on the book where the time, the punishment doesn't match, doesn't make sense. It's like punishing a kid who takes a cookie out of the cookie jar by whipping them raw. And sometimes, a kid who trashes the house and beats up two other kids is given a timeout. If you do the crime, you should do the appropriate time. There should be punishments appropriate for the crimes. In the case you cited, it most certainly means time.

i think so
-
You need to be prepared to do the time although most don't think they will get caught.
-
Yes. Anyone who commits a crime of any sort should get what they deserve by being behind bars. It’s called justice. They need to learn the error of their ways
-
Only if you get caught look at all of those old politicans that can not retire as they are that corrupt it will come out and they will be put in jail. Until the rules are equal for all theres plenty of laws I'll never follow. I thought insider trading was a crime?
