i have 8 brothers and sisters, 4 boys, 4 girls, all two years apart, and it was boy boy girl girl boy boy girl girl, and that included the twins.

I have two elder brothers from two different woman and two elder sisters from a third woman. I have never met either of my brothers and have not seen either of my sisters since I was 2. So I do not normally count any of them as siblings. I do, however, have a younger brother to the same parents as me and we are very close.
