I don't think so....but I am sure Osama Bin Laden is celebrating it by dancing in a cave. +5

I believe certain people are. Most people understand a tragedy occurred and would feel empathy towards thoughs effected by it.
-
I don't give a hang what anyone else does... mourning, celebrating.... makes no difference to me. It's history and there is no changing it.
-
Not whole countries, but I'm sure a faction is celebrating.
-
Unless someone's name is Deiniol or people are really into celebrating the beheading of John the Baptist I doubt there's too much celebrating going on.
-
Definitely.

I'm sure there are some who are since they see Americans as Pagans; and the Koran quotes "slay the pagans wherever ye find them" and extrapolates this to conclude that it is the "duty of every Muslim" to "kill Americans anywhere"! Lovely people; don't you think?!!!

There could be some celebrating in other countries, such as Iran or Libya, but I don't know of any nationally observed celebrations.

Brave question for today. Your probably right though. However, no matter what creed, race or religion, I cannot understand why anyone would want to celebrate the death of 2,974 men, women and children. This was an attack on America planned and executed by it's enemies, but it's victims ranged from many countries. I feel pity for those out there that may celebrate this event but I will feel no remorse for them when they reap the consequences of there actions.
-
Yes it is a macabre thought but unfortunately it is probably correct.
-
The people who are celebrating live in caves and eat what they can catch. The people who are mourning or sympathetic have put robots on Mars and cracked the human genome. The people who are celebrating can, to put it bluntly, kiss my ass.
-
quite possibly...and many have forgotten and are just being reminded...
-
Certain people are, though a more macabre thought is that some of those celebrating it are also planning more of the same and worse for us again.
-
You'd have to be really twisted to celebrate something as terrible as that.
-
I don't think any "country" celebrates it. There may be groups who celebrate it, but a group of islam fundamentalists cannot, and should not, be a called a country.
-
celebrating? How many people died that day. Its very sad whats there to celebrate.
-
I think some groups in some countries could be celebrating it and not the whole country.
