a grand daddy long legs...picked him up by one of his legs and gave him a free flight out the door to the grass...the coolest thought was last night when a huge katydid came in through the cat door...i scooped him onto a flyswatter and looked him over real good before i put him outside on the deck railing. you should have heard the fuss he threw when i first tried to get him on the flyswatter...he was cool.

an ant in the house got squashed earlier. Bugs in the house get an automatic death sentence. I will leave the bugs outside alone unless they are pestering or threatning me. Like earlier, a bee kept buzzing my head and it wouldnt go away when I tried to shoo it away many times, so I knocked it to the ground and stomped on it.

I had a moth inside my place a couple nights ago. I gently grabbed it by the wing, and threw it back outside. I am sure s/he had a busy night ahead of her/him. The only thing I usually kill are mosquitoes.
-
House fly. Now that I think of it, they should call it something else because I don't want it in my house. I'm with Shatzee, if they come inside, I will kill them. I leave them alone outside, if they leave me alone. If you throw the pests outside without killing them, they will just find a way to come back in. I kill them first, then throw them out on the doorstep as a warning to the others. Kind of like those door to door salesmen, evangelists, neighbor kids.... Just kidding!!
