Have a sleepover and begin all the Festivites at Twilight. You can use Glowsticks & Glow in the dark paints. things of that nature.

Or do you mean the Series?

If you're talking about the time of day, then I think those little glow in the dark star things would be really cool. Games? Have the kids play hide and seek in the dark. I'm 15 and my friends and I still do that. If you're talking about the book series....well the stereotypical apple is always good ;). Let's see...perhaps some movie posters? Anything red and black - like plates, cups, streamers. (This would also fit nicely with the time of day thing.)

does your son want a twilight party
-
A giant bat pinata that is loaded with glitter is the first thing that came to mind. I don't know much about the series so you'll have to excuse me if I'm off, but maybe have it at night with black lighting? That always makes for a good effect.

twilight is a chick flick, you shall not base his party around it. give a real party like texas chainsaw massacre or chucky, i seen bride of chucky when i was like 6, haha, im turn out alright, didn't i?

idk if this is possible but you could bob for apples with those vampire teeth the plastic ones? ha or give them for party favors
-
Instead of pin the tail on the donkey - pin the teeth on the "Bella". Over at Walmart, they have a lot of Twilight stuff (posters, shirts, etc.) Make the party theme dark and ominous -- even scary. 11 year old boys love that stuff (and then its not too girly).
