That is an antibiotic for fish right? Would it not be better to remove the sick fish to a quarantine tank and add the erythromycin to that, also you can't have antiobiotics go through a filter because you need it to help the fish, not get removed. An airstone with airline tubing and then you will have to throw them out after the fish is well again to prevent the spread of disease.
