I dont have any opinion of him, all I need to know is he is a Democrat, and I dont vote for Democrats.
-
inexperienced. At first, I didn't want him to run because he hasn't been in government long enough to be president. But now, I've changed my mind and might even vote for him.
-
I think he is a very energetic man with a lot of optimism. He can't do worse than our last one, that's for sure. I think it would be awesome if we had a president that was black. The inexperience argument is nonsense. Has any former president ever had experience at being president. That is a specious argument at best. Since he refused to wear a silly flag on his man suit shows me that he is ready to buck the system and I'm all for that. I'm sure he would make a fine president if elected; maybe not a great one but a sure and steady competent one. I gift you with a song that refers to him.
-
I feel that he is more moderate ,and not enough to the left.He supports bring the troops home in a timely fashion ,and that is good.I would like to see him win over Hillary for I believe she is a potential war monger and we have seen enough of that.
-
Actually, if I ever voted Democrat, I think I would vote for him. But I don't vote that way, so I won't. But I actually like him. If he won, I wouldn't break out into hives the way I would if Hillary won.
-
I really don't think I've ever met a politician I approved of. Here's the problem: the audience has a short attention span, and likes to have things simplified for them. We want short, punchy answers: easy solutions to problems which defy even the greatest minds of history. That "listening" which we bring to the political arena is like a funnel with a tiny hole: not much can get through it. If someone REALLY grasps the multi-faceted problems that are hard to solve, and REALLY presents reasonable approaches for improving things, that person will most likely bore the audience to death, and that person will not be elected. So politicians have to "play the game" to get elected, and playing that game pretty much assures that their public statements will be simplistic nonsense. And it's OUR fault -- the audience defines the rules of the debate. With all that as background, Obama seems to me somewhat less toxic than some of the other candidates.
-
He is another Jane Fonda democrat zero.
-
Not much. Too liberal. Too much rhetoric and little substance.
-
While he has some blurbed some incredibly shallow and vacous statements, i.e. "nuking our ally Pakistan," a broken clock is still right twice a day. This is the most sensible thing I've heard him say...
-
Meh.
-
He's a polite, well spoken gentleman Senator from Illinois that I would love to have over for dinner and an evening of visiting, yet I wouldn't vote for him.
-
I think he's pretty sharp he would make a good president...he is fairly young though i think that America will look at him as immature and not ready to be president because he's young but never the less he has some good ideas
-
I think he's a great candidate. He has a strong position and is very intelligent. All of them are for being simply there.
-
I don't... He has yet to indicate any clear stances on the issues.
-
He is polite and sharp.
-
He lacks experience to be a leader of the greatest nation on earth.
-
as an outsider (Aussie) looking in I would say he's the pick of the bunch by a long way and if I was able to vote I would be voting for him
-
I like him better than....well, pretty much all of the other candidates, but that's not exactly saying much.
-
I like alot of things that he stands for but I feel he is getting to many votes from the african american comunity just because he is black. Not that its bad to support a fellow black man but most of who I talked to that are aftrican american are ignorant of what he stands for and are giving support only due to his race. The biggest problem with the american people is that they don't take the time to inform themselves.
-
I don't think about him at all.
-
Don't trust him AT ALL!!!!
-
i think he cares alot about the big corporations..
-
I like him and we will see him as the next president. He is as qualified as the next candidate.
-
Silly.
-
I really like him. I'm Canadian, though.
-
I see a lot of answers saying how intelligent he is, or he would be qualified for president, and he's a great speaker and "sharp", and blah blah .. but I don't think that anyone we says this really knows about what he's real issues are or what he's really about. : He's always talking about "change" yet I see no evidence of any change at all. in fact he sounds much like Bush, Clinton, and McCain. He wants to send 3 times as many troops to Iraq, and he talks about invading Pakistan and possibly Iran. He said he'd vote to expand Nafta, which would move the North American Union right allow, which most people know nothing about and don't know how dangerous to the US that would be. He's all for expanding and more spending. I have seen nothing showing he cares about the economy or knows what to do with the national debt. America can NOT afford this war any longer. Litteraly and figuratively. : How is he any more "Qualified" than any one else?? It's because he make the perfect hand puppet for the elite Powers that Be! Obama's economic advisor, Austan 'The Ghoul' Goolsbee, was a super-secret Skull And Bones Member, as was George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, and John Kerry, G.W's cousin. Obama's main overall image adviser and foreign policy adviser is Zbigniew Brzezinski, the co-founder of David Rockefeller's Trilateral Commission, and the mastermind of the disastrous Carter administration. Obama's wife Michelle is reputed to be closely linked to the Council on Foreign Relations. : The only reasons I think people like him and support him is because of his ability to Speak without sounding like a complete ignorant jackass like GW. Americans havent been used to that in over 8 years. Also, unfortunately I have to say people are voting for him because he's black, and don't really know what his issues really are. I hate to say it, but it's true. He just talks good... . ... and is good at manipulating people. : For more info: http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?board=304.0 : http://www.obamatruth.org/ : http://www.obamatruth.org/video/TABO_012007pm_medium.mov : http://www.obamatruth.org/video/TABO2_061807_small.mov :

I think he's an amazing man and will make a great president.
-
I don't think he has enough experience to be President! MHO
-
I think his previous record of service in office is unusually unimpressive for a frontrunner for a presidential election. As far as I'm concerned, he's far too liberal to make an effective president (I'm a libertarian, and to me, his economics and nanny-state ideology make no sense) - even more liberal than Clinton. His unrealistic ideas about withdrawing troops on his time tables, although they sound very nice, and in a perfect world that would happen, are grossly out of line with the facts. I don't like Clinton much either (the Democrats, in my opinion, screwed up in their candidate picks again!), but at least she is realistic about such things. The problem is that people will vote for Obama because he promises these unrealistic things, and the worst part is that he's NOT lying - he really believes he'll do it, out of lack of experience or lack of being in touch with reality. And we'll all be disappointed when we realize he can't keep any of those lofty promises, just like we were all disappointed, when, after an uneventful first bit of his presidency, G.W. Bush showed us all that his promises of bringing people from both parties together also came from a deep being out of touch with reality. I'm thoroughly disappointed with all candidates, but I think Obama would be the worst. However, from what I've seen and heard from him, I think I would genuinely like him as a person. I mean, we have very different politics, but I think I'd get along much better with him than McCain or Clinton. He's a nice guy. The problem is he's too unrealistic and too liberal. Which is cool to have for a friend, but not as a president. He's young, and hopefully, he learns something from the next 4 years if he isn't elected, and runs again, from a place of more clarity. Then, he might even get my normally fiscally conservative anti-government vote.
-
I think he is the anti-Christ.....honestly!
-
im still waiting to hear why he missed as many votes as he did when he was a senator when i hear the reson for that ill be more confirable with him thanks the iron man
-
anyone but bush
-
I like Barak, and I would be very happy to have him be the President of United States. I think he has alot of great ideas and I think he will do everything to make things better than they are now. He is a person with integrity, and he is a strong believer in his faith. He tells it like it is; in other words-he is completly honest.
-
not good things.
-
I think he is probably going to win..not that I'll vote for him,I'm not impressed with any of the 3..also,I think electing him will be like electing a German or Japanese president during world war 2.
-
not much
-
I think he is a very good speaker, and seems to be smart. He just has no experience. This is his first term as a senator. I think in 10 years he might be ok, but electing him as president is like putting a newly graduated doctor as cheif of surgery. He doesn't know what he is doing yet because of lack of experience.
-
I don't think about him at all.
-
First impressions, I don't find him very trustworthy, so I question his intentions!
-
At this point, I think he's probably our best option (Not that that's saying much).
-
You know... I'm growing weary of voting for the lesser of two evils.
-
Never meet him , but i wish him well !
-
I think he has razzled and dazzled a lot of naive voters. His plan is full of $$$$ promises. Not just plans - outright promises. These lofty promises (sanctions, regulations, grants, etc...etc are not something a PRESIDENT can enact, in fact, he has been in a BETTER position to push such brilliant ideas in the senate!! Yet, he has NOT introduced much innovative ideas - same old tired, hashed and rehashed feel good - go nowhere bills, that is all he has introduced. *NOW* he is going to "crack down" on speculators? First - if his "plan" really could work - does he think speculators exist only in the USA system? He is making a lot of promises about WORLD politics, promises he CANNOT KEEP. Puhleeeze - he is going to make national security officals hold regular TOWN HALLS with Joe Q Public? ROTFLMAO!!! Sure - I'll do that - AFTER seeing the participants' educational background, oh - I want someone to interview them and determine the level of historical and geopolitical knowledge - otherwise - forget it - the NSA has more important tasks at hand than political puppet shows. Obama is in WAY over his head, and the bloom will be dropping from the rose - but sadly, probably NOT until he is elected. Most candidates promise more than they can deliver - but I've never seen such a cartload of b.s. His are actually SPECIFIC promises! Anyone who believes he can deliver this needs to study government before voting.
-
I think he'll be another Jimmy Carter, and I truly fear for this nation if he's elected.
-
I dont see what everyone is freaking out about. We've had presidents that have had little to no exprience and they were successful. I find that when most peole have all these problems its got more to do with his race. I think he's proved that he can get things done and he's already accomplished alot. And honestly, if it's about race, America really isnt even worth the rest of the worlds time.By the way, why am I not seeing as many questions about McCain?
-
I think that he is a supporter of murder and lies. He is a supporter of murder by his opposition to the Induced Infant Liability Act. The act would have made it binding under pain of criminal prosecution for people working at abortuaries to have provided medical care to babies that survived an abortion. It is an objective fact that when a baby is born, either naturally or by an botched abortion, the baby is now an infant. By his opposition to this Induced Infant Liability Act, he has revealed that the he supports infanticide -- and infanticide is murder. He is a supporter of lies because he justifies his opposition to the act by a denial of the truth that a born baby is, in fact, an infant. It is a violation of reason to vote for anybody that can be objectively demonstrated to be a murderer and a liar. I will never vote for him. Also, I think that he has hired a lot of people to determine what his position should be by soliciting the opinion of folks on the internet. If my assertion is correct, it is only more evidence that there is no truth in him. Nevertheless, no amount of sophistry on his part is going to suppress the truth of his support of infanticide. His position is enshrined in history and readily accessible for everyone to see on the internet.
-
The same as I do about most other muslims.
-
The best of two choices.
-
his a good person
-
I think all of politics is a big farce anyway, but if you're going to put on a show I'd like the main character to be able to construct a proper sentence in English, and he can.
-
He's all "show" and no "go." We need a president who knows how to play the game, and statements like "unilateral talks with Iran can work" serve to show that Obama doesn't know what's going on. If he were President of the United States, it would be only a matter of time before his inexperience and lack of connections with other politicians damaged our country's security in the international arena. We can do better. Politics should not have anything to do with race, and not liking Obama as a politician has nothing to do with the color of his skin. Don't be scared to stand up for what you believe in, even if it isn't popular. We can do better as a nation, and this November, it looks like better's name is spelled McCain.
-
My question is what's your definition of qualified, If you listen to only the TV on either canadates you will never see the whole picture. TV reports what's popular or revies the most rating. I like Obama because “Most and More” of his views Democratic, More of the Democratic goals and or views are what I am looking for in a president to hopefully put some focus on fixing. I agree with you blackope, I hear that a lot people say (all races) only voting for Obama cause he is black. That same statement can go for McCain. You don't hear about any of the actual now and older problems fixes and fixes for the prior and pasts president’s quick fixes. Lots of people in the world have a problem with change, no matter what text or category you want to put it in. It's kind of sad. I have said many Times, From the beginning of the Race when hilarity was running, they should have took McCain, Obama and Hillary, have a complete list of all the debate, and issue, have them answer with only yes and no answers. Post on the news "CNN" and website, with no way to match answer to a face. It would give everyone a better understanding of the issues, seprate the sex and race issues, and would help both parties focus on more of having people understand their ideas for fixing these problems than smear adds. I do not think Blackope, is saying that at all, more on the lines of, it have never in the past been an issue for voting for a BLACK canadate. Now that there is one, people (Media, McCain supporter, people how do not want to keep things the way they are, etc) seem to only give credit for OBAMAs votes, because he is Black. I am not saying that is the only issue why people a posse or vote for him. LoL they are both politicians just as all the politicians, same as the politicians that ran before. The battles we are all talking about are old issues and some still have not been fixed or even focused on. I am glad there is some new blood, (someone closer to our generation) willing to climb the hill. Take in to account it is very hard to be the first of anything, especially when you have the world watching. Sorry for postingin the wrong commet box, for some reason the program will not let me post in chris's comment box here are related questions http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/848410 http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/849212
-
Supported Hillary, then voted and supported Barack.
-
If he gives speeches like his wife did at the DNC, he could be a powerful force and tough to beat...
-
I think that whatever his faults, he's the best option we have right now, and could (although I'm not crushingly hopeful about this) actually improve the country, instead of just keeping its head above water.
-
He's a liar and a deceiver and has more than half the nation fooled. He's a propagandaist and a Puppet of the New World Order. Biden is even worse. America is Doomed.
-
I think he has some sincere principles, but, whenever I hear him talk, I feel like I am at church.
-
I think everyone should write-in Ron Paul on the ballot when they vote. If you want REAL change for the American people, Ron Paul is the answer. Imagine what America could be like: No More IRS-No More Taxes=More Money In My Pocket and less government!!! Barak wants 'free' health care for everyone and is against the 2nd Amendment "Right To Bear Arms". And McCain is McSame. I want Ron Paul as president. He would have America wake-up to the real deal instead of all the media propaganda hype they've been feeding on for the last half-century. But too bad that so many people on both sides would rather take the blue pill and go back to sleep.
-
As a strong Clinton supporter, I think like with all campaigns the media and other pro- candidate sites such as Huffington Post that is very pro- Obama is doing a little more damage than they know. After a great speech by Clinton they are still so critical of her and it alienates people moving within our party over to Obama when the following day you see one of the worst pictures ever taken of Sen. Clinton. This is not the actions of Sen. Obama it's just what supporters do that can backfire on their candidate. We all have an opinion and we all want to think we are right. I'm going to try and give him the benefit of the doubt, mainly because I tend to believe Michelle Obama's statements and respect Joe Biden. You gotta admit the debates are going to crack alot of us up. I kind of feel sorry for McCain, he's an older man and these campaigns are tough on anyone no matter the age.
-
He is a lier and a Marxist. The guy is so out of touch on every major issue. I will try to become a member of his church since there is so much love going on there
-
Obama and many others use the mantra of being for "change" yet no one, and I mean no one, has offered up what the hell that is supposed to mean. Change is such a vague term and could apply to anything and nothing at the same time. Just once I would like to hear someone tell me what Obama wants to "change" and how he plans to do it, as of yet I haven't heard anything. The only thing that 'changes' is what he stands for. Change is the only constant. Now that's change we can believe in.
-
I think he will make a great President. I do feel sorry for him though. He is coming into a GREAT BIG MESS that has to be cleaned up.
-
What a breath of fresh air! His family is beautiful. I wish him success but he has one heck of a mess to clean up!Our country has not moved forward like this since we put a man on the moon!
-
He's a big question mark to me. He seems to have been an emotional, rather than rational choice for president. I'll reserve my opinions until I know more about him -- but I am ALWAYS suspicious of anyone who comes from the Chicago political machine.
-
He is our 44th President. I will pray for his success. Unfortunately, the lapdogs in mainstream media who helped vault him into the winner's circle, continue to fawn over him. You have his "journalistic" admirers comparing him to JFK, FDR, Lincoln, Jesus Christ, etc. It's enough to make you want to puke! I seriously doubt that Obama will be able to fulfill their wild-assed fantasies, so I am certain that they will have appropriate excuses when he falls short of expectations. TIme will tell ... so will Newsweek. ;-)
-
I am keeping my fingers crossed and hope he can live up to all of what he promised. The democrats are in control now so let's see what they got. I am curious to see all of this wonderful change!!!!
-
congrats obama! hopefully you do an excellent job as president (it cant be worse than bush or what mccain would have done, speaking of who, annoyed the heck out of me because he kept saying one thing and then changing it...mccain could have possibly won if his campaign was a bit less...slimy). i just wanted to say that everyone who thinks obama is a terrorist is a fricken RETARD. you tell my why the hell a decent man with an excellent education who was born in america, has a lovely wife and children, would be voted president and then want to destroy the home he is working so hard to help out of poverty! there are tons of people who thinks for some stupid reason that he would do this, based on absolutely no facts at all, just because theyre scared of change. well i say, BRING IT ON!!! wtf are all of you scared of? youve been terrified enough as it is because of this worthless war we're in. republicans have had control for long enough so budge over and let someone else take charge. the previous president and congress have left a heck of a mess, and its obama's job to try and fix it. dont dare blame him for anything that's happened, seeing as hes not even president yet. if youre still reading this, then maybe you see some truth in what i say. p.s. i think its paranoid how everyone's all scared that obama's going to be assassinated. well, you tell me if youre going to let the kkk kill your president! i'll bet theres a lot of you who would love to see him get killed. how could you want that when he hasnt even been given a chance to lead?! (sore losers, perhaps?) lets see how loyal, fair, and united americans truly are!
-
He's a really good candidate and ran an innovative and nearly flawless campaign.
-
People say he is polite, soft spoken, and well mannered! WTF that names damn near everyone in nursing homes! I think he has way to much to hide! We will see soon enough what it is he is hiding!
-
So far, so good. The straw men, red herrings and ad hominem of the neocons is to be expected, and dismissed for the sour grapes they are easily enough.
-
Obama should Read Noam Chomsky: Yes Ive read a couple of Noam Chomsky Books, Chomsky speaks the truth regarding Western Imperialistic Corrupt Goverments & Exposes their hidden agendas. I wish all Western Leaders would study Noam Chomsky prior to making decisions that affect the rest of the World. US Foreign Policy & Free Trade is truly messed up, Chomsky is the voice of reason. If Obama wants to be a Good President he should change US Free Trade agreement in 3rd World Countries like in Latin America Africa The Middle East etc so the Poor People & Farmers in these 3rd World Countries can also benefit from financial rewards instead of US Coperations just getting richer & Poor Countries remaining poor. Get rid of US Foreign Policy. And USA should obey the rules of the Geneva Covention just cause USA is the Worlds most powerful Country does not give USA the right to step on weaker Countries with Imperialistic agendas.
-
I believe Obama is going to be a formidable president. I consider myself a Republican, but I have good thoughts about Obama's policies, and the way he claims he is going to "shake up washington" or whatever catchy slogan he uses. Only time will tell though.
-
I think he will be the ruin of this country, it's going to be interesting if his socialism tactics come through and the plan for late term abortions to be ok. as far as I am concerned he is no better than Stalin
-
he sounds good he just cant make speeches at night because no one will be able to see him
-
I'm very hopeful that he can steer this country out of its various troubles.
-
Very refreshing. Definitely has a better head on his shoulders than "W"! Hopefully, he can help lead us out of the big hole that has been dug for us the last few years!
-
I think he has more of a conscience and a higher sense of morality than George Bush who has caused the deaths of countless innocent lives around the world during his presidency.
-
He's far and away a far far better candidate than Caribou Barbie.
-
Like him or not he is my president and I will support him to the end.
-
i think he's a great mn and person and most people in this country just chose because he is black but also i loved obama because he had good standards ....
-
That he is the worse thing to ever happen to America. He is scum.
-
That he is leading this nation into socialisum first by socializing medical care and then then banks and then the more we the people pet him go he will he is a very dangerous person to have in the big chair right now .In my opinion he isint for the U.S.A but commrad Obama is geared into making us a socialisum country
-
i think he shold be in kenya where he was born and get some experience before trying to turn this country socialist
-
A great man facing a great challenge. Hope everyone gets behind him.
-
Already assured of being one of the 5 worst Presidents in American history.
-
I think he's a joke. The only cool thing about him is that he is the first black president.
-
Barack loves the limelight too much. Parties every night at the White House paid by taxpayers money. He goes to Jay Leno, baseball games opening day, etc. It cost $500 grand just to go to the Tonight Show. Right now, he should just focus on the economy and set an example of being austere.
-
Best President Ever
-
For me it's the same as with any politician. They fall into the category of people I don't trust to have anyones best interest at heart except their own. I lob politicians in with lawyers and CEO's.
-
He's NOT McCain. Thank goddess.
-
FIRST BOOK OF DEMOCRAT: OBAMA IS MY SHEPHERD, I SHALL NOT WANT. HE LEADETH ME BESIDE STILL FACTORIES. HE RESTORETH MY FAITH IN THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. HE GUIDETH ME IN THE PATH OF UNEMPLOYMENT. YEA, THOUGH I WALK THROUGH THE VALLEY OF THE BREAD LINE, I SHALL NOT GO HUNGRY. OBAMA HAS ANOINTED MY INCOME WITH TAXES, MY EXPENSES RUNNETH OVER MY INCOME, SURELY, POVERTY AND HARD LIVING WILL FOLLOW ME ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE. THE DEMOCRATS AND I WILL LIVE FOREVER IN A RENTED HOME. BUT I AM GLAD I AM AN AMERICAN, I AM GLAD THAT I AM FREE. BUT I WISH I WERE A DOG AND OBAMA A TREE.

Subject: Wisdom for all And it came to pass in the Age of Insanity that the people of the land called America, having lost their morals, their initiative, and their will to defend their liberties, chose as their Supreme Leader that person known as The One. He emerged from the vapors with a message that had no meaning; but He hypnotized the people telling them, "I am sent to save you. My lack of experience, my questionable ethics, my monstrous ego, and my association with evil doers are of no consequence. For I shall save you with Hope and Change. Go , therefore, and proclaim throughout the land that he who preceded me is evil, that he has defiled the nation, and that all he has built must be destroyed." And the people rejoiced. For even though they knew not what The One would do, He had promised that it was good; and they believed.. And The One said "We live in the greatest country in the world. Help me change everything about it!" And the people said, "Hallelujah!! Change is good!" Then He said, "We are going to tax the rich fat-cats,"---- And the people said "Sock it to them!" "---- And redistribute their wealth." And the people said, "Show us the money!" And then He said, "Redistribution of wealth is good for everybody" And Joe the plumber asked, "Are you kidding me? You're going to steal my money and give it to the deadbeats??" And The One ridiculed and taunted him, and Joe's personal records were hacked and publicized. One lone reporter asked, "Isn't that Marxist policy?" And she was banished from the kingdom! Then a citizen asked, "With no foreign relations experience and having zero military experience or knowledge, how will you deal with radical terrorists?" And The One said, "Simple. I shall sit with them and talk with them and show them how nice we really are; and they will forget that they ever wanted to kill us all!" And the people said, "Hallelujah!! We are safe at last, and we can beat our weapons into free cars for the people!" Then The One said, "I shall give 95% of you lower taxes." And one, lone voice said, "But 40% of us don't pay ANY taxes." So The One said, "Then I shall give you some of the taxes the fat-cats pay!" And the people said, "Hallelujah!! Show us the money!" Then The One said, "I shall tax your Capital Gains when you sell your homes!" And the people yawned and the slumping housing market collapsed. And He said, "I shall mandate employer-funded health care for EVERY worker and raise the minimum wage. And I shall give every person unlimited health care and medicine and transportation to the clinics." And the people said, "Gim'me some of that!" Then He said, "I shall penalize employers who ship jobs overseas." And the people said, "Where's my rebate check?" Then The One said, "I shall bankrupt the coal industry and electricity rates will skyrocket!" And the people said, "Coal is dirty, coal is evil, no more coal! But we don't care for that part about higher electric rates." So The One said, "Not to worry. If your rebate isn't enough to cover your expenses, we shall bail you out. Just sign up with ACORN and your troubles are over!" Then He said, "Illegal immigrants feel scorned and slighted. Let's grant them amnesty, Social Security, free education, free lunches, free medical care, bilingual signs and guaranteed housing.." And the people said, "Hallelujah!!" And they made him King! And so it came to pass that employers, facing spiraling costs and ever-higher taxes, raised their prices and laid off workers. Others simply gave up and went out of business and the economy sank like unto a rock dropped from a cliff. The banking industry was destroyed. Manufacturing slowed to a crawl. And more of the people were without a means of support. Then The One said, "I am the The One - The Messiah - and I'm here to save you! We shall just print more money so everyone will have enough!" But our foreign trading partners said unto Him, "Wait a minute. Your dollar is not worth a pile of camel dung! You will have to pay more..." And the people said, "Wait a minute. That is unfair!!" And the world said, "Neither are these other idiotic programs you have embraced. Lo, you have become a Socialist State and a second-rate power. Now you shall play by our rules!" And the people cried out, "Alas, alas!! What have we done?" But yea verily, it was too late. The people set upon The One and spat upon him and stoned him, and his name was dung. And the once mighty nation was no more; and the once proud people were without sustenance or shelter or hope. And the Change The One had given them was as like unto a poison that had destroyed them and like a whirlwind that consumed all that they had built. And the people beat their chests in despair and cried out in anguish, "Give us back our nation and our pride and our hope!!" But it was too late, and their homeland was no more. IS THIS THE END ????

I don't have an opinion about him. I hate politics.

Obama 'Frightens Me'........... The Bible has warned us that 'A man will come from the East that will be charismatic in nature and have proposed solutions for all our problems and his rhetoric will attract many supporters!' Probable U.S. Presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black MUSLIM from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white ATHEIST from Wichita, Kansas. Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii. When Obama was 2 years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a RADICAL MUSLIM from Indonesia. When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia. Obama attended a MUSLIM school in Jakarta. He also spent 2 years in a Catholic school. Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, 'He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school.' Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that, that he is not a radical. Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama retu rned t o Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education. Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Obama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta. Wahabism is the RADICAL teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world. Since it is politically expedient to be a CHRISTIAN when seeking major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background. ALSO, keep in mind that when he was sworn into office he DID NOT use the Holy Bible, but instead the Koran. Barack Hussein Obama will NOT recite the Pledge of Allegiance nor will he show any reverence for our flag. While others place their hands over their hearts, Obama turns his back to the flag and slouches. Do you want someone like this as your PRESIDENT? Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential candidacy. The Muslims have said they plan on destroying the US from the inside out; what better way to start than at the highest level - through the President of the United States, one of their own! Would you want this man leading our country?...... NOT ME

CHANGE CHICAGO STYLE? Body count. In the last six months 292 killed (murdered) in Chicago , 221 killed in Iraq. Sens. Barack Obama & Dick Durbin, Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., Gov. Rod Blogojevich, House leader Mike Madigan, Atty. Gen. Lisa Madigan (daughter of Mike), Mayor Richard M. Daley (son of former Mayor Richard J. Daley).....the leadership in Illinois .....all Democrats. Chicago is a combat zone. Of course they're all blaming each other. Can't blame Republicans, there aren't any! State pension fund $44 Billion in debt, worst in country. Cook County ( Chicago ) sales tax 10.25% highest in country. (Look'em up if you want). Chicago school system one of the worst in country. This is the political culture that Obama comes from in Illinois . He's gonna 'fix' Washington politics?

I'm voting Democrat because I'd rather pay $4 for a gallon of gas than allow drilling for oil off the coasts of America . I'm voting Democrat because I think the government will do a better job of spending my money than I could. I'm voting Democrat because when we pull out of Afghanistan and Iraq , I know the Islamic terrorists will stop trying to kill us because they'll think we're a good and decent country. I'm voting Democrat because I believe people who can't tell us if it will rain in two or three days, can now tell us the polar ice caps will disappear in ten years if I don't start riding a bicycle, build a windmill or inflate my tires to proper levels. I'm voting Democrat because it's alright to kill millions of babies as long as we keep violent, convicted murderers on death row alive. I'm voting Democrat because I believe businesses in America should not be allowed to make profits. Businesses should just break even and give the rest to the government so politicians and bureaucrats can redistribute the money the way they think it should be redistributed. We need to "spread the wealth." I'm voting Democrat because I believe guns, and not the people misusing them, are the cause of crimes and killings. I'm voting Democrat because when someone with a weapon threatens my family or me, I know the government can respond faster through a call to 911 than I can with a gun in my hand. I'm voting Democrat because oil companies' 5% profit on a gallon of gas are obscene, but government taxes of 18% on the same gallon of gas are just fine. I'm voting Democrat because I believe three or four elitist liberals should rewrite the Constitution every few months to suit some fringe element that could never get their agenda past voters. I'm voting Democrat because illegal aliens are not criminals, are not sucking up resources through government aid, hospital services, education, or social services, but are just people trying to make a better life by coming to America illegally. We can't blame them for that, can we? I'm voting Democrat because now I can now marry whatever I want, so I've decided to marry my horse. Makes you wonder why anyone would ever vote Republican, doesn't it?

He is a politician, therefore I have a low opinion. He has socialist tendencies, therefore I have an even lower opinion of him. His kids seem nice.

I don't hate the guy, but he's not the water walker everyone made him out to be. The other guy would have been bad for the country, and that's that. Obama's not bad. He's just not all that great. He's a bandaid on a gash that may need a stitch. He's good for the time being. He's a pause button, and not much more.

As President he is a embarassment .And will continue to be so as he don't know jack about nothing .

Bitter Irony This is amazing, and something extremely important to really, really think about! If Barack Obama applied for a job with the FBI or the Secret Service, he would be disqualified because of his past association with William Ayers, a known terrorist. And yet, he is heading for the highest office in the land. If Obama is elected President he would not pass the security screening to be his own bodyguard! And the greatest irony is that a majority of the people in this country don't even seem to care. God help us!!!
