Yes I have. We used to wait until it separated, and took some of the cream off. That helped with the taste. Otherwise, it was too rich.

I've not had it straight from the cow but I have had unpasteurized milk, chilled. Seemed good to me

Yes, I lived on a small farm when I was growing up, and we owned three cows that we milked by hand. I loved the taste of fresh milk and after it sat for awhile, the cream would come to the top. My grandmother would make cheese, and butter, by hand. I can still remember her churning the cream briskly, so the fat seperates from the liquid, to form Butter. Ohhh, the good ole days..lol

Yes, bot mostly from goats milk as we used to have a small dairy goat herd. I loved the fresh milk but it was better cold.
