Does it really matter? He is bi-racial. His naionality is where he was born. He is an American. But I also have to agree with 4 out of 92. An ounce of Black makes you Black. You are no longer considered White. It doesn't matter what your mother is, the darker breed takes over. And as for the children, they are with no doubt African-American, darling.
