i am glad my coworker doesnt stare - she locks herself up when she has food - she weighs over 300 lbs
-
It make me self-conscience if someone is staring like I have food on my face or maybe they want me to share my food.
-
I would probably offer, if they said no, then it would probably get on my nerves.
-
It would not bother me at all. If I caught them staring I may ask them if they wanted some, but no it would not get on my nerves.
-
That would get on my nerves. You could bring in a lousy tasting sandwich to offer her/him to cure them of staring.
-
Just look them in the face and say, "You eyeballin' me?"
-
At 1st i would ask them if they wanted some, but if it was an every day thing it would get on my nerves. i might ask them why they don't bring in any thing to eat. maybe they don't have the money.
-
I'd ask if there was a problem. I wouldn't offer food or anything else. They are working, just like me. Staring is rude.
-
I'd bring one of the wife's 'home cooked' meals and let 'em have it. If that doesn't kill 'em, it will at least cure 'em of that bad habit for good
-
I always just stare back, taking big bites of my food, and going, "Mmmmmmmm!" : D
-
My co-workers are all guys and they comment on everything I eat or dont eat. I have had issues with food and image all my life so it bothered me. I no longer eat my lunch in the breakroom. And yes I hate being watched when I eat.
-
It would get on my nerves. At first I'd probably ignore them, but as time goes by I'd probably start eating sloppier and open my mouth to let them see. Or I would just look at them and say "what" all snotty
-
I would ask.."why do you stare at me when I eat"? Let him/her explain. That is simply rude. :)
-
My dog does it all the time. I just avoid eye contact with her when I'm eating. It's unnerving for sure.
-
I would ask them what they wanted.
-
Seems to me that person must be hungry, trying to get attention, or needs company so I would offer a piece of fruit or something before I would start eating to be kind and friendly. I don't think it would get on my nerves, I would try to find a way to seek understanding of the situation.
-
Before all else, I'd make sure I didn't have any food on my chin.. or salad in my teeth..YIKES!
-
if i were u would tease them by eating extra slow and enjoying it demonstrativly and make noise like "hmmmmmmmmm mhhhmmmmmmmmmm aaaaaargh delicious"
